Hello, my name's Mark. I'm 18 and a student here in the bay area. I'm a big old otaku, obsessed with mah J-rpgs, and anime of course (Studio Gainax animes being my favorite) I enjoy the anime culture and miss all the cons and cosplays of my old home (San Diego) which is why i wanted to get involved in something like this. Hi Mark! Welcome to our community and thanks for all your help! Are you in any anime clubs in the area? Do you cosplay? What's the next anime event you're planning on going to? I think the upcoming Japantown Aki Matsuri may be running a cosplay contest; I'm currently trying to get details for that and will be sure to post an update...
