    I'm thinking of going the 10th & 11th, depends on what I have to do for work that week.
    I'm definitly going to fanime in May.

    I have no car ;_; so I'm probably not going. I'm planning on AOD in February for sure and I'll probably figure out some way to get to Fanime...

    So umm... are dogs allowed at these conventions? Okay, probably not...

    fanime is easy to go to just take bart to millbrae then the caltrain down to san jose and take the bus to the hotel. I'm not even going to stay down there going to do a 2 dayer come back saturday offload anything bought go back sunday and monday and come back monday night and sleep.

    And I didn't know about the AOD one might go to it. Need to go check out what guests will be there.

    Hoping to catch a ride to Fanime but yeah, it's good to know that there's public transit!

    No guests for AOD announced yet. We'll just have to wait and see...

    what's AOD exactly? I think we were gonna go to Fanime, and I know clover wants to go to sac anime, but as far as transit goes, it might be a bit far. Still though, we could make the drive, it's just about time and gas money :P

    AOD is a fairly new annual anime convention in SF: http://bayanime.com/animation-on-display-aod-san-francisco-february-14-15-2009/

    Fanime is definitely the big one though!

    You guys should have related costumes! Some sort of duo... hmm...

    ... or you could just dress him up as a Sackboy and be done with it...

    I was actually considering the sackboy cosplay... and then what if we dress the sacboy up with other costumes like the godzilla one!?!? It would be like cosplay^2 exponential fun time!!!!

    if only you can get it at SomArts...(they have some of the weirdest sh*t there some times....for the sake of "art"....one time...there was some art gallery of nothing but naked asian women urinating....yes....it was the weirdest thing I've ever seen in the name of art).

    Errm, that sounds like a very disturbing art display... ^^;; I guess it would be cool to have another anime con at SomArts though. MoFoQ, don't you have some connections to the guys that throw the lan parties there?
