The Bay Area Animation Society will be presenting anime at Silicon:
- Friday, October 3rd, 2008 4:00 pm – 12:00 am in Santa Clara Room
- Saturday, October 4th, 2008 12:00 am – 12:00 am in Santa Clara Room
- Sunday, October 5th, 2008 12:00 am – 3:30 pm in Santa Clara Room

There will also be open gaming:
- Friday, October 3rd, 2008 6:00 pm – 12:00 am in San Simeon Room/San Martin Room
- Saturday, October 4th, 2008 12:00 am – 12:00 am in San Simeon Room/San Martin Room
- Sunday, October 5th, 2008 12:00 am – 3:30 pm in San Simeon Room/San Martin Room

Tsunami Anime

Tsunami is San Jose State University’s anime club. The club is open to anyone who is a fan of anime, or to anyone who is interested in learning more about anime. It costs nothing to join. There are no membership dues, and anime showings (run during the school year) are free. All scheduled shows are in Japanese with English subtitles.

Everyone, young and old, is invited to a free performance of the well known Sailor Moon performance group “Animemyu” at the Spirit of Japantown celebration in San Jose. Animemyu welcomes cosplayers and anime fans to sing along to anime and J-pop songs!!
